2 dead after shooting in Cheatham County

CHEATHAM COUNTY, Tenn. (WKRN) — An investigation is underway after two people were shot and killed in Cheatham County Sunday.

The shooting happened in the 1000 block of Chestnut Road in Ashland City.

Agents with the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation were requested to assist with the death investigation.

The investigation is ongoing and no additional information was immediately released.
