NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) – One of the La Vergne police officers who was shot by Metro Nashville Police Chief John Drake’s estranged son last October has returned to work. The La Vergne Police Department said Officer Ashley Boleyjack is back on “light duty” more than three months after the incident.
