‘I’ve had better days’: Man allegedly attacked by wife, daughter with frying pan and knife after he sought divorce

A wife and her daughter are behind bars after they allegedly attacked their husband and father with a frying pan.

It happened on Jan. 27 in Ashland City, Tennessee , outside of Nashville. The wife, Pam Davis, 62, and daughter, Kelly Davis, 29, are facing attempted murder charges. Local NBC affiliate WSMV obtained the police report and body camera from the incident.

The body camera shows a bloodied man in only his underwear on the porch with two gashes on top of his head.

“I’ve had better days,” he told Cheatham County Sheriff’s deputies who asked him if he was OK.

The man said he asked his wife for a divorce the night, which led to an argument that lasted several hours. He then went to bed and woke in the morning to his wife and daughter allegedly attacking him with a frying pan and knife.
