NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — A man wanted on a federal warrant was taken into custody Tuesday after the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force reportedly tracked him to a home in Nashville.
Authorities found 30-year-old Nikolas Dillard, who was wanted for violating his federal probation, at a residence on East Nocturne Drive, according to an arrest affidavit. According to officials, Dillard is a “convicted felon multiple times over.”

He is still on probation after being convicted of a charge for felon in possession of a handgun. Dillard was convicted of the same charge in 2014 and 2017 and was just recently arrested after being caught with a handgun again in December 2023.
After his arrest on Tuesday, authorities said Dillard will be facing yet another charge for felon of possession of a handgun. According to police, Dillard had a loaded Kel-Tec .380 handgun in his front left jacket pocket when they went to arrest him for probation violation.
