BLOUNT COUNTY, Tenn. – The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation has reported in a Facebook post that Kenneth Wayne DeHart, 42, is in custody. DeHart was at the top of TBI’s Most Wanted list after he was accused of murdering a Blount County Sheriff’s Deputy and injuring another during a traffic stop last week.
