NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) – More than two dozen veterans from Middle Tennessee embarked on an honorary flight to Washington D.C. on Wednesday morning. As an expression of appreciation for their service, the 32 veterans, including 25 Vietnam War veterans, six Korean War veterans and one Korean and Vietnam War veteran, were provided the flight out of Nashville International Airport by the Honor Flight Network.
