NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WZTV) – A domestic violence survivor told FOX 17 News the judicial system failed her and she is now in fear for her safety. FOX 17 News discovered the magistrate who bonded out her alleged abuser (who is also a convicted felon), couldn’t make an informed decision on his conditions because they did not have access to all of his criminal history.
