NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — SWAT team assistance was requested at the scene of a reported shooting near the Historic Edgefield neighborhood of Nashville on Saturday morning.
Officers were dispatched to the scene near N. 7th Street and Ramsey Street around 5:52 a.m., officials said.
News 2 observed a very heavy police presence at the scene. Officers used a loudspeaker to communicate with a person inside a nearby residence, saying, “We have a warrant for your arrest. Come out with your hands in view and you will not be harmed.”
