Gonna feel that one in the morning. Of course I’m sure there are plenty of people who wake up feeling like they’ve been hit by a truck after a night out on Broadway. A few years ago I woke up with a broken thumb one morning after going too hard down there. Still have no idea how that one happened. Nashville…it’ll get ya. Kid Rock’s bar in downtown Nashville (whose full name is Kid Rock’s Big Ass Honky Tonk Rock ‘N Roll Steakhouse…which isn’t relevant to the story but I just think it’s ridiculous) has taken on the reputation of its owner as a pretty wild place, which is one reason that it’s one of the most popular bars on Broadway. But when you try to party too hard, you might just end up with some unexpected bruises in the morning… This woman was just trying to have a good time, as the singer invited guests to join him on top of the bar. Get the Coyote Ugly vibes going, get people dancing on the bar, what could go wrong? Well as you can probably expect when you invite drunk people to dance on the bar, it went wrong for one woman, who lost her footing and took a tumble…right into the drink well behind the bar. She didn’t seem to be injured, and even tried to climb back up, before the bartender wisely escorted her around to get her out from behind the bar. Probably safer than trying to go over. Of course she might not have been hurt at the time, but I have a feeling she woke up the next day with some pretty gnarly bruises.
