A Nashville man has been charged with aggravated unlawful photographing of a minor following a Williamson County Grand Jury indictment. Few details have been made public, but according to court records, 39-year-old Jeremy Foster Hawkins was arrested on Sept. 13, days after he was indicted on the charge which stems from a May 4 incident in a Franklin bathroom.
