On a podcast episode of “The Joe Rogan Experience” earlier this month, singer-songwriter Jelly Roll announced that he is planning to bring his own concept to downtown Nashville.
“I’m announcing this now, right here, that I am opening my bar on Broadway in Nashville, Tennessee,” Jelly Roll said during the podcast. “I’m the first Nashville native to get a bar.”
Now, permits show the location of the bar — called Jelly Roll’s Goodnight Nashville — will be at 209 Broadway .
The site has been under construction for Bottled Blonde , a brand in the portfolio of Arizona-based Evening Entertainment Group (EEG). The project was first announced in 2022 as a $45 million project.
At the time, the release stated that EEG was in talks with a rising country music star to serve as the face of Bottled Blonde Nashville. The release also had stated that the buildout would include a restaurant, live music venue, rooftop lounge and nightclub.
Diane and Les Corieri founded EEG more than three decades ago in Scottsdale, Arizona. It has 12 concepts in its portfolio, including Bottled Blonde. Bottled Blonde has locations in Dallas, Fort Worth and Scottsdale, with another one heading to Las Vegas.
