Greg Locke, Global Vision Bible Church’s purchase of Lebanon property falls through. What to know

Global Vision Bible Church, led by Pastor Greg Locke , was not able to close on the purchase of an existing church campus in Lebanon, according to those connected to the contract.

Locke announced this summer the intent to relocate from Global Vision’s present campus at 2060 Old Lebanon Dirt Road in west Wilson County to the Love’s Way church facility at 310 Coles Ferry Pike in Lebanon, which was listed for sale at $5.8 million.

Global Vision entered into a contract to purchase, but the church was unable to complete the sale, according to a representative for Dunn Commercial Group, the real estate company involved in the deal.

Love’s Way Pastor Johan McGregor also confirmed the cancelled sale in an announcement to his congregation on social media.

“The church in Mt. Juliet was unable to close and we will continue to pray for them God’s blessing and favor in the next season,” McGregor said online.

Efforts to reach Locke on Global Vision’s potential next steps were unsuccessful.

Love’s Way Church has the Coles Ferry Pike campus for sale with a pending move to a property at 1315 Murfreesboro Road in Lebanon, where it plans to construct a new building. The church recently had plans approved for the new construction.
