NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) – Grab the umbrella! More unsettled weather is moving into the Midstate that will bring rain and storms through late tonight. Plan on scattered showers across the area this morning and into the early afternoon. Not everyone will see rain for the first half of the day. Highs will be in the mid 60s to around 70º in Nashville. By mid-afternoon, an organized line of showers and thunderstorms will develop in west Tennessee and track to the east. No severe weather is expected, but many spots will see heavy downpours and hear some rumbles of thunder.
