NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — A crash on Murfreesboro Pike sent at least one person to the hospital with critical injuries early Sunday morning, according to Metro police.
The crash happened around 3:30 a.m. near the intersection of Fairfield Avenue and Lafayette Street.

Officials confirmed to News 2 that one person sustained serious injuries after the crash.
The surrounding area was closed to traffic Sunday morning as investigators remained on the scene for several hours.
