NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — Officials are investigating the cause of a Saturday morning house fire in Hermitage that left two people displaced.
Multiple fire crews responded to the fire at a house on Jacksonian Drive at approximately 8:16 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 30.

According to the Nashville Fire Department (NFD), crews initially saw light smoke coming from the house and discovered a fire in one of the bedrooms.
The fire spread through the walls of the bedroom and reached the attic, officials said. Crews were eventually able to contain and extinguish the flames.
The house was severely damaged, leaving two individuals displaced. NFD said the residents were offered support from the Red Cross but refused assistance.
Structure ruled ‘total loss’ following Putnam County fire
One firefighter was injured and taken to a nearby hospital for treatment. Officials said no additional injuries were reported.
