NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP)—The Hermitage Hotel, a historic landmark in downtown Nashville, has unveiled its holiday event lineup for the 2024 season. The lineup includes a Christmas Day Brunch and a New Year’s Eve celebration at its renowned restaurant, Drusie & Darr.
Christmas Day Brunch
On December 25, The Hermitage Hotel invites guests and locals to a festive brunch in its iconic Grand Lobby. The event will showcase a selection of oven-fresh pastries, winter salads, and an ocean raw bar offering cold poached shrimp, chilled crab claws, and Alaskan king crab with caviar parfait. Main courses include roasted prime rib with bordelaise sauce, Cornish game hen with Calvados jus, and maple-glazed Atlantic salmon, accompanied by traditional Southern sides such as sweet onion, jasmine rice casserole, and braised collard greens. Various house-made desserts, including eggnog cheesecake and pistachio cannoli, will conclude the meal. Guests aged 21 and over will receive a complimentary glass of sparkling wine to enhance the celebratory atmosphere.
