Boo Carter was one of the in-state stars of Tennessee’s 2024 signing class, and he quickly made a name for himself during his first year with the Vols, making a handful of starts during the regular season. While some of his teammates have entered the NCAA transfer portal, Carter indicated Friday that he won’t be following their lead.
