LEBANON, Tenn. (WSMV) – A driver and a dog were extricated after a crash in Lebanon, according to the Lebanon Fire Department. LFD said they responded to a single-vehicle crash in the 1400 block of Alhambra Drive where a driver and a dog were trapped inside the car on Saturday.
