A consumer advocacy group has launched a public campaign, claiming the hospital has been “hiding” information about its Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) policies.
The organization, Consumers’ Research, alleges that VUMC has password-protected or deleted several web pages detailing its DEI programs, climate goals and other related initiatives. The group has also called on federal agencies to investigate whether taxpayer dollars are being used to support what they describe as a “political agenda.”…
