DONELSON, Tenn. (WKRN) — A builder renovating a vacant house in Donelson has been forced to fight off persistent break-ins, with some of those incidents even being caught on camera.
Surveillance video from April 2 at about 10:36 p.m. showed a man lurking around a house in Donelson’s Bluefields neighborhood.

“I feel like it’s unusual,” Wyatt Design Build co-owner Maddie Wyatt said. “I haven’t experienced this much in this area of town, so I just wanted people to be aware of it.”
Wyatt and her husband are working on a house in the area. They said the first suspect caught on camera broke a window and spent some time inside the house unlocking other windows. He was leaving in a white van — empty-handed — by the time Wyatt and her husband got there…
