A man faces an aggravated assault charge following a reported road rage incident in Hendersonville earlier this month.
The Hendersonville Police Department arrested Samuel Jay Kirkingburg, 54, on April 2, 2025, after an alleged road rage incident at Rhythm Dodge, located at 1221 West Main St. in Hendersonville.
According to an arrest affidavit, a victim of the incident reported that while driving to work that morning, he passed a vehicle he stated to be driving under the speed limit.
