Officer Gad and Field Training Officer (FTO) Magliocco had arrived to simply address a parking violation at approximately 8:00 PM. However, after issuing a warning to the vehicle owners, they discovered that the group was celebrating an engagement. Opting to briefly linger, the officers stayed to offer their congratulations and engage in conversation.
