Hendersonville officer, who served for more than 25 years, dies after cancer battle

HENDERSONVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) – The Hendersonville Police Department is mourning the death of one of its longtime officers after a battle with cancer.

HPD reports that Officer Danny Ellis died on Monday, April 28, following a long battle with cancer.
