Tantísimo, the pan-Latin American café and restaurant, has announced the opening of its brick-and-mortar location in Sylvan Park on Tuesday, May 6. Located at 306 46th Ave. N, Tantísimo will serve breakfast, lunch and espresso by day, as well as sharable plates and craft cocktails by night.
“We are excited to expand our farm-to-table restaurant concept within these historic walls,” said Ana Aguilar, co-executive chef and CEO of Tantísimo. “We draw inspiration for our food and beverage menus from the entirety of Latin America, while sourcing locally and sustainably. Our hope is that Tantísimo will be more than just a dining destination, becoming a place that unites communities and brings a sense of adventure to the table.”
Founded by Aguilar, Tantísimo began as a farmers market pop-up in 2020 selling Latin American pastries and baked goods. Tantísimo expanded to add savory dishes to their menu and later teamed up with Chef Joshua Cook to take residency in the now-closed Henry James kitchen.
