NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WZTV) — A previously convicted Nashville man is in jail once again after he was arrested Saturday night for home burglary, theft of property, vehicle theft, and two probation violation warrants.
Archie Powers, 56, was arrested on Nolensville Pike at Rosedale Avenue shortly after 7 p.m. The white Ford Econoline van he was driving had been reported stolen from a business on Gladstone Avenue on April 6.
A Metro Police investigation revealed that the van was used in a home burglary on Hutton Drive on May 1, where a trailer and several tools were taken from the home’s detached garage.
