NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — Anyone visiting Shelby Park will need to wait until fall to use one of the entrances.
Davidson Street at the park’s eastern entrance will be closed until mid- to late-October this year due to major repairs needed for the roadway. Metro Parks & Recreation has asked visitors to use the detour up Naval Hill and around Sevier Street to enter the park. The cause of the sinkhole is unclear.
