Two Friends set to host a beautiful Two-Day Wellness Retreat outside Nashville

A new wellness retreat is coming to Nashville this fall. Ora Peace Retreat is set to be a unique two-day experience for women to take time away for themselves in September. Created by Nicole Gaines and Trista Sanford, two close friends and entrepreneurs in the wellness space. These creative women, are curating a weekend designed for women to embrace the art of slowing down, nourishing the soul, and rediscovering peace. “In a world that constantly demands more, we believe in the power of stepping away to rest intentionally, restore deeply, and reflect with purpose,” shares Nicole and Trista.

The retreat will be held within the rolling hills of Tennessee at the renowned Dark Horse Recording Studio with guests having a chance to stay overnight in luxurious accommodations. The Retreat is designed to offer women a sacred pause — a chance to slow down, reconnect with their inner rhythms, and embrace the flow of life through mindful rituals, nourishment, and soulful gathering.

Taking place September 12–14, 2025, the intimate two-day experience will gather 30–40 women at a private estate in Franklin, TN for curated movement, sensory rituals, and restorative community connection.
