BRENTWOOD, Tenn. (WKRN) — Serving up sweet treats and Southern classics for decades, Puffy Muffin is a staple in Brentwood.
Kristi Stone Green’s mother started Puffy Muffin in 1986 as a home-based business baking bread and rolls out of their family kitchen. A few years later, it expanded to the H.G. Hill Center off Franklin Road. Green took over as CEO and co-owner in 2016, continuing her mom’s tradition.
“I want people to feel the warmth of our home, so to speak, when they walk into Puffy Muffin. I want them to feel how much we appreciate them and our hospitality,” Stone Green said. “We’re trying to bring premium ingredients together to make delicious food that’s actually good for you and Thanksgiving and Christmas meals that are just like your grandmother made.”…
