NASHVILLE — Former Sheriff Robert Arnold returned to Middle Tennessee on Thursday to complete his prison sentence in a Nashville halfway house.
“Peace,” Arnold said before shaking a reporter’s hand and speaking for a minute along a sidewalk by the halfway house.
