Nashville apartment boom cooling after years of growth

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — After a more than 10-year growth spurt, Nashville apartment construction has signs of slowing.

According to Apartment Insiders, the number of new apartments under construction in Nashville is returning to numbers similar to 2013.
