3 charged in connection to April shooting that injured bystander in downtown Nashville

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — Three suspects have been arrested and charged with multiple felonies for their connection to a shooting that left a woman injured last month in downtown Nashville, officials announced Thursday.

The shooting occurred outside of Club La Danse on Rosa L. Parks Boulevard at approximately 12:25 a.m. on April 12.

According to the Metro Nashville Police Department, security removed a man from the club for punching a woman, adding that the individuals removed from the club then got into a fight with security guards before going across the street and shooting toward the club.

The guards allegedly told police that they returned gunfire in self-defense. A 26-year-old woman, who was at a nearby hotdog stand, was struck in the leg by the gunfire, police said…
