LA VERGNE, Tenn. (WSMV) – An investigation is underway after a man was found shot to death inside a vehicle on Interstate 24 on Sunday, according to the Rutherford County Sheriff’s Office.
Law enforcement was dispatched to I-24 near the Waldon Road exit just before 4 p.m. for reports of a man inside a vehicle on the side of the road.
