Raising Cane’s Planning New Location, Permits Indicate

Louisiana-based fried chicken chain Raising Cane’s has another location on the way to Midtown Nashville. It has plans for a new build at 1819 Broadway, according to a permit recently filed with Metro.

The permit indicates plans for a two-story, 5,800-square-foot restaurant, which will include interior and exterior dining options. The spot will join locations for the chain already open in Nashville, including a spot on White Bridge Pike and a spot on Lower Broadway that opened last June.

Raising Cane’s, known for its fried chicken combos, which include chicken, crinkle-cut fries, Texas toast and Cane’s sauce, has expanded to more than 800 restaurants. It launched in 1996 when founder Todd Graves opened the first Raising Cane’s in Baton Rouge…
