LA VERGNE, Tenn. (WSMV) – Rutherford County Sheriff’s detectives are asking for the public’s help in piecing together what led to a fatal shooting over the weekend.
Multiple law enforcement agencies responded to Interstate 24 near the Waldron Road exit just before 4 p.m. Sunday. There, they found a man in a vehicle suffering from a gunshot wound, RCSO said.
The victim was treated at the scene and taken to an area hospital, where he died from his injuries…
