A 22-year-old man on probation with prior convictions was arrested on the night of the incident for the morning shooting of a 17-year-old in Nashville. The incident unfolded on S. 5th Street around 4:30 a.m., leaving the victim with a forehead wound currently being treated at Vanderbilt University Medical Center.
