Police identify 43-year-old stabbing victim’s body in Cumberland, foul play suspected

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WZTV) — Metro Nashville Police Department announced Friday that they have identified the man whose body was found in the Cumberland River in the Donelson area on Tuesday.

MNPD says the victim was discovered by a boater shortly before 3 p.m. on Tuesday. The body was wearing a red t-shirt with “Dyersburg Dental Associates” printed on it and is believed to have been in the water for several days.
