Tourist throws table from top floor of Omni hotel in downtown Nashville

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — A 45-year-old man from Idaho was arrested Sunday after a table was thrown through a window from the top floor of the Omni Nashville.

Officers were called to the 21st floor of the hotel on Rep. John Lewis Way South after a “large object was thrown from a window on one of the upper floors,” according to court documents.

When they reached the 21st floor, officers found a woman who was sitting on the hallway floor crying but she was not injured. Once they entered the hotel room, officers reportedly saw the double-paned hotel window had been completely shattered.

Officers found Jason O’Donnell sitting on the bed with multiple cuts to his arm. According to court documents, O’Donnell said he had been in a fight with his wife and threw a pillow at her and a large object at the window. Metro police reported he was unable to tell officers what was thrown…
