A 72-year-old man was found guilty of murder last week for the shooting death of his girlfriend’s aunt in his Donelson home in 2022.
A Davidson County jury convicted Ronnie Ray Phillips of first-degree murder, especially aggravated kidnapping and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. The verdict came May 21 after a three-day trial.
