NASHVILLE, Tenn. – The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has confirmed that the individual wanted in connection with a hit-and-run accident that severely injured a 21-year-old American pedestrian in Nashville on May 18, 2025, is an illegal alien from Venezuela.
Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has lodged a detainer for the suspect, identified as Tony Gebian Lopez Infante, who remains at large.
