NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) – FIRST ALERT WEATHER DAYS ARE NOW IN EFFECT FOR THURSDAY, FRIDAY AND SATURDAY DUE TO THE RISK OF STRONG TO SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS.
Staying hot and humid today with highs in the mid to upper 80s with the risk of a couple of showers and an isolated strong storm this afternoon. The severe threat is low, but an isolated storm or two from Nashville and areas off to the north and west could produce heavy rain and damaging wind gusts. Rain tapers off briefly tonight with lows near 70 by tomorrow morning.
