NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WZTV) — From water bills topping $1,000 to strict parking restrictions, residents at a suburban mobile home park in Antioch say they’re still not getting the help they need from property management.
Romero Blanca, a resident, says tenants were promised a face-to-face meeting with Jones Estates, the company that manages the Suburban Mobile Home Park. But that meeting, scheduled back in April, was abruptly canceled just minutes before it was supposed to start. Tenants say management locked the doors without explanation.
Weeks later, a letter from Jones Estates was delivered to residents, addressing some of the concerns. One of the issues mentioned was the lack of a safe space for children to play. The letter claims a designated play area is in the works, but residents remain skeptical…
