Nashville Zoo Revealing New ‘Leopard Forest’ Exhibit

The Nashville Zoo will celebrate the grand opening of its newest exhibit, Leopard Forest, on Friday, with a ribbon-cutting ceremony beginning at 9 a.m.

The immersive habitat features Amur leopards, black-and-white colobus monkeys, DeBrazza’s monkeys, klipspringers, and the return of the Masai giraffes. Zoo officials say the exhibit is designed to give visitors a closer look at some of the world’s most endangered and elusive animals.

Opening day festivities run from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. and include leopard-themed face painting, costumed stilt walkers, and special keeper chats at each habitat. The first 2,000 guests will receive a free Leopard Forest bandana…
