2 men in ICE custody after crashing into U.S. Marshal in Davidson County

DAVIDSON COUNTY, Tenn. (WKRN) — Two men are in Immigration and Customs Enforcement custody after getting into a minor car accident with law enforcement in Davidson County.

Oliver Bustamante-Ruiz and his brother Justyn Bustamante are both in the United States illegally from Mexico. They were on their way to work when they rear ended a U.S. Marshal.

ICE partnership leads to drive-by shooter’s arrest

The Marshals Service called immigration officers to the scene.
