Driver charged after woman killed in early morning multi-vehicle crash

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) – A man is facing vehicular homicide charges after an early morning crash killed a woman, according to the Metro Nashville Police Department.

John Baudendistel, 28, has been charged with vehicular homicide by intoxication for a four-vehicle crash that killed a 51-year-old Murfreesboro woman.

Police responded to the crash on I-24 East near the Bell Road exit around 4 a.m. on Sunday. There, they found four vehicles, but only two drivers, Baudendistel and the 51-year-old woman…
