NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — A man considered to be one of the “Most Wanted” fugitives in Nashville has been arrested in Illinois.
According to the Metro Nashville Police Department, 93-year-old Anthony B. Howland was taken into custody by authorities in Peoria, Illinois, on Tuesday, July 1.
Howland was featured on the MNPD’s “Most Wanted” list for several weeks on vehicular homicide charges. He first appeared on this list this year in February.

According to the MNPD, Howland’s charges stem from a July 26, 2024 crash that killed 53-year-old Kristie Garcia on Lafayette Street.
