NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WZTV) — A woman murdered in a 1980s double homicide case has been identified after over three decades.
James Shaffer confessed to the murder of two women in a Charlotte Avenue home in 1987, after they were discovered in shallow graves within the basement floor years later. One of the women has been identified as Sheila Cummings, 23, of Illinois.
