Middle school band director charged in deadly car crash, suspected of drunken driving

LA VERGNE, Tenn. (WSMV/Gray News) – A middle school band director in Tennessee is suspected of drunken driving and causing a deadly crash.

The Metro Nashville Police Department charged 28-year-old John Baudendistel with vehicular homicide by intoxication on June 29.

Police said he was involved in a crash involving three other vehicles on I-24 East near the Bell Road exit ramp.

A 51-year-old woman died in the crash. She was later identified as Angela Dawn Loupe, of Murfreesboro…
