Middle Tennessee police chief could lose badge in connection to ‘shadow’ police force investigation

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) – A Middle Tennessee police chief could lose his badge following a misconduct investigation.

A report obtained by WSMV shows Vincent Turocy crashed a car while working an off-duty security shift in downtown Nashville and then lied to his boss.
