NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) – A father is fighting for his life in the hospital after a hit-and-run crash in South Nashville, and police are still searching for the driver who left him in the road.
Kameron Pruitt, 26, was on his way home from work around 11 p.m. last Thursday when a dark-colored sedan turned left onto Faulkner Drive from Haywood Lane and hit his motorcycle, according to Metro Nashville Police. The vehicle then fled the scene.
“He was almost home. He didn’t make it there,” said June Jones, Pruitt’s grandmother. “His mother woke up the next morning and thought he must have gone to see a friend because his motorcycle wasn’t outside.”
