NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — If you love coffee and doughnuts, we’ve got some good news for you: Tim Hortons is officially open in Donelson!
The coffee chain was originally founded in Canada in 1964, but it continues to expand in the U.S., opening its first store in the Metro Nashville area Saturday.

“For about 60 years, Tim Hortons is very popular in Canada, but also in U.S. for the last 40 years…We are getting something new into Nashville, but it’s not new for United States,” Naren Patel, the Donelson store owner, explained.
During the grand opening on Saturday, July 19, Tim Hortons gave away free coffee for an entire month to the first 500 guests. The coffee shop is known for its coffee, of course, but also baked goods and breakfast…
